Below are mould material and some technic points:

1.  PP/PE bottle mould adopt high grade corrosion resistance mould steel; neck insert adopt imported S136 steel. Mould with hold making device and automatic deflashing device.

2. Movable parts adopt insert structure, and heat treating to HRC50-55,to prolong using life, and easy for replacing and cavity polishing.

3. Neck part adopt imported steel, hardness reach to HRC58-60 to prolong using life. Cutting part went through precised tooling, cut material will break off from bottle mouth easily.

4. Equal cooling on mould cavity, neck part, bottom part, 2 inlets and 2 outlets, high cooling performance and high production speed.

5. Scientific mould structure design, and tooling by high precision equipments.
