HB-M3000 is 1-cavity, max. volume 3L

This model can produce PET bottles for carbonated, water, pesticide, cosmetic etc.

The main difference of preform manual input machine and automatic machine is the conveyor, the automatic machine with conveyor and preform manual input machine without conveyor.

A.Adopt PLC control

B.Adopt infrared lamps for heating, with high penetrating ability; preform self rotation and channel revolute, equal and fast heating;

C.Lamps, reflector board width and height can be adjusted, for differnet preforms heating. with auto heat exhaust device to keep constant temperature in channel.

D.Every mechanical action is with self lock safety device, when there is fault on one process, the program will switch to safe condition automatically.

E.All actions drived by cylinder, not adopt oil pump. No pollutation, low noise.

F.Air/gas circuits designed for three sections, to meet different pressure requirement of blowing and action.  

G.Adopt high pressure and double Z-arm ram for mold clamping, with high clamping force.

H.Operation by manual and auto available.
