1.Electrical control system:The machine works under the PLC control(made by the Mitsubishi Co.of Japan) via a man-and-machine interface(displayed in Chinese version or in English version).The machine is equipped with a modularized temperature controller and operated through a touch-type colour screen.All the production data can be set up,modified,searched and monitored and the machine trouble diagnosis can be completed on the touch-type colour screen,The electric elements work on the non-contact working principle,thus being durable in service life.
2.Hydraulic system:The machine works under the proportional pressure control. The machine is equipped with hydraulic valves and hydraulic pumps imported from world-famous companies,thus assuring consistent and reliable working performance. 3.Plasticizing system:The high performance serew used on the machine assures thorough and homogeneous plasticization and mixing of plastics. 4.Speed regulation system:Frequency-converter-controlled speed regulator + speed change gearbox with hardened alloy steel gears. Speed regulation can be completed smoothly with less energy consumed and less noise generated. Therefore the machine is durable in sevice life. 5.Mould opening & closing mechanism:The mechanism for opening & closing the mould halves and locking the mould travels on linear spherical ball guideways. The traveling accuracy can be controlled within microns.The mould opening & closing mechanism is our patent product and features in high positioning accuracy, easy movement and energy saving.And the mechanism is free of any deformation under heavy workload.Patent product;Two draw rods and a single hydraulic pump can be synchronously actuated in two directions to open & close the mould halves and to lock the mould at its center.So the mechanism features in consistent working performance. 6.Plastic injection:An independent oil cylinder(big-size) is used to complete the plastic injection in order to assure the concentricity of the injected plastic melt. This arrangement absolutely eliminates the asynchronism which happens when two oil cylinders are used.The wall-thickness control thchnology by controlling the pressure at 10 segments, Our exclusive technology,helps to minimize the width difference at the upper and the lower end of plastic parison(which arises from the vertical extension of the plastic parison).In the mean time,the uniformity of the product wall thickness can be effcetively improved. 7.Mould head:The mould head used on the machine is made of such high-grade materials as 38CrMoAIA,42CrMoV and 35CrMo.The mould head is precision manufactured and heat-treated. 8.Less labour strength in changing the mould:The mould head can be raised up or lowered down together with the upper machine bed. And the mould head also can be moved backward or forward(under the control of the hydraulic system) to provide a space for the following purposes:To change various moulds,to raise up or lower down the mould head,to adjust the distance between the mould bearing and mould and to minimize the waste of plastic melt. 9.Less energy consumption:The machine consumes 34.6 KW when working at around 70% of its rated production speed. |
